Jonathan Walter

Jonathan Walter started playing guitar at the age of six, at thirteen he formed his first band with his best mate and at 19 he signed a record deal with Universal. This opened the doors for further collaborations. For the football Em 2008 he wrote the ZDF theme song. Afterwards for more than ten years he worked for BMG Rights as a songwriter.  His songs/sound designs ended up in Tatort, on commercials for Lacoste, Edding, Mini, Porsche/Hugo Boss, etc. For the project “HerrH” he produced/wrote six albums which were streamed more than hundred million times. Collaborations/cowrites with Robot Koch, Murkage Dave, Bonez MC, Aisha Vibez and many others cemented his standing as a multi-instrumentalist, word and sound fetishist and music producer. Under his Aka Radar Bird he released on monkeytown records, played live sets at CTM festival, Splash Festival, at Watergate and Boiler Room. Since February 2022 he is part of the riverside family.
